Care N’ Care Insurance Company, Inc. is a Medicare health plan alternative that serves the senior community in North Texas.  They recently notified the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services of a data breach to their computer system that exposed the confidential information of 33,032 plan members.  The extent of the data exposed is not clear.
