Hawaii Radiologic Associates Data Breach

Hawaii Radiologic Associates is a radiology group on the big island of Hawaii. They recently posted a notice regarding a “data event” on their website.  The notice states that their computer network was hacked by an unauthorized user back in August of 2024, and at the time confidential patient files were extracted. The type of data said to have been stolen may include patient names, addresses, dates of birth, health insurance information, and medical information.
