Just Kids Dental Data Breach

Acadia Health, LLC does business as Just Kids Dental.  The company recently sent out notice letters to 129,623 affected individuals to inform them that their information was accessed by hackers in a data breach.  During a cyberattack targeting the Just Kids Dental database, the following information was stolen:

• Names
• Social Security numbers
• Home addresses
• Driver’s License numbers
• Credit or debit card numbers
• Medical records information
• Health insurance information
