Kyocera AVX Components Corporation is a company located in South Carolina that manufactures and sells electronic components throughout the world.  On October 30, 2023, Kyocera sent out letters to affected individuals notifying them of a security incident in which the Kyocera computer system was breached by an unauthorized party. During the breach, the hackers stole confidential data found there belonging to 39,111 individuals, including their full names and Social Security numbers.
