On October 25, 2023, Longhorn Imaging reported to the Texas Attorney General that their system had been the target of a security attack in which hackers were able to access the personal information of 97,618 Longhorn Imaging patients. The data exposed may include full names, home addresses, private medical information, health insurance information and dates of birth.
