Advanced Healthcare Professionals is a Texas-based home healthcare company which recently notified the Texas Attorney General of a data breach to their computer system. The private data exposed during the breach may include names, addresses, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver’s license information, medical data and health insurance information. It is not known as of this writing whether affected individuals have been notified.
