BrainPOP Privacy Violations Class Action
About the Investigation:
Did you know that some companies engage in unlawfully collecting personal data belonging to children without the consent of their parents?
BrainPOP is a company that markets cloud-based educational software for K-8 students, both for at-home and in-school use. Our class action attorneys are looking for someone with children who used BrainPOP, whether at school or at home, on a device that was logged into Google. This could be either because your child has a YouTube or Gmail account, or because they were using an Android phone or Chromebook.
If your child is under 13 and has used BrainPOP within the last two years, our attorneys would like to speak to you! Simply fill out the form on this page for more information.
