On October 7, 2025, MyCardiologist mailed notice letters to an unspecified number of individuals, information them that their private data had been compromised.  In May of 2025, an unauthorized party was able to gain access to the MyCardiologist computer system and extract files stored there.  Those files may have contained names, addresses, dates of birth, medical information, and more.
