Cedar Point Health is a medical practice with primary care centers, urgent cares and a wellness center in Western Colorado. Recently, Cedar Point Health posted a notice on their website advising patients that in June of 2025 their computer systems had been breached. Cedar Point Health commenced an investigation at that time and discovered that the data stolen during the breach may have included names, addresses, birth dates, Social Security numbers, medical information, health insurance information, financial information, and more. The notice posted at the time of this writing says that affected individuals will be informed by mail but does not confirm whether those letters have been sent out.
