Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire recently announced a data breach of their computer network which compromised data belonging to over 35,000 people. During the August 2025 incident, an unauthorized party was able to access files on the Dartmouth computer system which may have contained names, Social Security numbers and financial data.
