Dermatology Associates of Concord is a practice group located in Concord, Massachusetts.  On November 18, 2025, they notified the Attorney General of Massachusetts about a cyberattack which compromised sensitive data stored on the Dermatology Associates of Concord computer network.  The incident occurred in September of 2025, when an unknown party accessed and copied files from the Dermatology Associates of Concord network. The compromised information is detailed on the individual notice letters sent out to affected patients, and may include a combination of personal and protected health data.
