A nationwide recall has been announced for certain Louisville,
Featherlite, Lite, and Century attic stairway ladders equipped with gas struts.
If you owned, purchased, or used one of these attic ladders at any time between
August 2012 and August 2026, you may be entitled to compensation.
The recalled attic stairway ladders may contain bolts
that can break during use, creating a serious fall hazard. A bolt failure
can cause the ladder to malfunction unexpectedly, potentially resulting in serious
injury.
This recall applies to Louisville, Featherlite, Lite and
Century Attic Stairway Ladders with gas struts, and the model number
can be found on the inside of the attic door.
If you owned or used a Louisville, Featherlite, Lite, or
Century attic stairway ladder with gas struts anytime between August 2012 and
August 2026 our attorneys would love to hear from you!
It is not necessary
that you have experienced injury in order to be part of this case. Just fill
