Bimbo Bakeries’ program required either a BMI under 30 or a waist circumference of 35 inches or less for women or 40 inches or less for men. If you paid an additional fee or surcharge because of tobacco or nicotine use, or because you did not meet either of those standards, you may be entitled to recover some or all of those charges.
