ECM Consultants, Inc. is a Louisiana civil engineering firm which discovered that their network had been breached by an unauthorized party in July of 2025.  At that time, the cyber intruder was able to access private employee information, possibly including Social Security numbers. Breach notices were mailed out to affected individuals on December 4, 2025.
