About the Investigation:

Were you or a loved one a firefighter who developed cancer?

WERE YOU OR A LOVED ONE A FIREFIGHTER WHO DEVELOPED CANCER?

Morgan & Morgan is evaluating claims from firefighters, airport workers, chemical plant workers and military service members who were exposed to aqueous film-forming foam (known as firefighting foam or AFFF), and have been diagnosed with testicular cancer, pancreatic cancer, kidney cancer, as well as other types of cancer.

About the Firefighting Foam lawsuit

AFFF is a chemical-based foam that is used to cover and extinguish petroleum and jet fuel fires. It is much more effective in fighting fires than just using water. However, the foam contains PFA chemicals that may cause harm to humans and the environment. Some of the side effects experienced by people who used the foam are:

  • Bladder cancer
  • Breast cancer
  • Kidney cancer
  • Liver cancer
  • Pancreatic cancer
  • Prostate cancer
  • Testicular cancer

Firefighters in the military or assigned to airports are at highest risk.
