G5 Enterprises operates in Arkansas, Kansas and Oklahoma as well as Missouri, under the following business names: Judy’s Insulation, S&S Insulation, Southwestern Professional Exteriors, insulUSA, Ballards Insulation, Bolivar Insulation, and Arkansas Insulation. On March 28, 2025, G5 Enterprises discovered that their company computer network had been breached by an unauthorized party, who viewed or accessed sensitive information stored there. The exposed data may include names, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, medical data, financial data, health insurance data, and more.
