Gentex Optics, Inc. is a company based in Carbondale, Pennsylvania which notified the Massachusetts Attorney General on January 2, 2026, of a recent breach which affected employee data.  The employee files which were accessed by the unauthorized party may include employee and dependent names, birth dates, Social Security numbers, and health insurance information.
