Harmony Health is a California health center with locations in Marysville, Yuba City and Wheatland, California. In December of 2025, Harmony Health was notified that a third-party vendor used by them (TriZetto Provider Solutions) had been breached, and Harmony Health data was accessed during that incident. This compromised data could include names, emails, addresses, phone numbers and Social Security numbers.
