Heritage Communities Data Breach

Heritage Communities is a company which operates senior living communities in Nebraska, Iowa, Arizona, and Texas. On October 28, 2025, Heritage Communities posted a “Notice of Data Security Incident” on their website. The notice explains that in September, the Heritage Communities computer network was targeted in a hacking incident during which protected health information may have been exposed.
