Insurance Office of America is an insurance agency headquartered in Florida. In June 2025, Insurance Office of America fell victim to a phishing email attack. Insurance Office of America reported the incident to the California Attorney General, Maine Attorney General, New Hampshire Attorney General, Texas Attorney General, and the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation. Insurance Office of America confirmed the exposed data may include names, Social Security numbers, and other personally identifiable information. On January 16, 2026, notice letters were sent out to affected parties.
