Leidos QTC Health Commercial Services does business under the operating name First Rehabilitation Resources — a health management company located in Columbia, Maryland and Phoenix, Arizona.  In August of 2025, the company discovered that their computer network had been breached by an unauthorized party. During the incident, sensitive data stored on the network was exposed, possibly including names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, medical data, health insurance information and possibly more.
