Memberclose LLC is a Massachusetts based financial service provider. On October 30, 2025, Memberclose LLC discovered a breach within one of its cloud applications. This data is said to include names, Social Security numbers, and dates of birth. On January 15, 2025, notice letters began to be sent out to affected patients.
