In September of 2025, Merck Sharpe and Dohme LLC discovered that their computer systems had been breached due to a cyberattack against one of its service provider companies (Graebel Companies). Merck Sharpe and Dohme LLC reported to the Attorney General of Massachusetts on November 17, 2025, that they are mailing notices to affected individuals.
