Meridian Risk Management is an insurance company in Pelham, New York. On December 29, 2025, Meridian Risk Management reported that a breach of their computer system had occurred, compromising sensitive data stored there.  The personal information which may have been viewed or stolen includes employee names, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, financial and medical data.
