Modern Health is a mental health care company based in California. In November 2025, Modern Health experienced a breach by an unauthorized party, who accessed member profiles on the company’s platform. On January 16, 2026, Modern Health reported the incident to the Massachusetts Attorney General’s office and confirmed the exposed data may include protected health information. Notice letters have been sent out to affected parties.
