North East Medical Services Data Breach

North East Medical Services is a community health center in San Francisco, California. On November 6, 2025, North East Medical Services posted a Notice of Data Security Incident. It explains that in October of 2025 the health center discovered that their computer network had been breached. The posted notice does not list what types of data were compromised.
