OLE Health Data Breach

OLE Health is a health care company based in California. On December 15, 2025, OLE Health experienced a breach through TriZetto, a third-party company which OLE Health works with within their medical record system. OLE Health confirmed the exposed data may include names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, contact information, and other sensitive health information. Notice letters have been sent out to affected parties.
