Parexel International Data Breach

Parexel International is a global pharmaceutical company with locations throughout the world. Their U.S. headquarters is located in Raleigh, North Carolina. In December of 2025, Parexel announced that it sent notice letters to over 6,600 individuals to alert the recipients that their private data had been compromised. The breach occurred in August of 2025 through a cloud software used by Parexel called Oracle. A ransomware group had targeted Oracle’s E-Business Suite, reaching customer data belonging to different Oracle business clients such as Parexel.
