Phoenician Medical Center, Inc. Data Breach

About the Investigation:
If so, your sensitive personal identifiable information may have been stolen!
On July 5, 2023, Phoenician Medical Center, Inc. announced a data breach to their computer system back in March that also exposed patient data from Phoenix Neurological & Pain Institute and Laser Surgery Center. Hackers were able to access confidential files of individuals who had been patients from 2016 to 2023. The information stolen may include names, dates of birth, phone numbers, home addresses, email addresses, driver’s license numbers, and protected health information.
Data breaches are serious matters that can cause long term damage. Hackers break into networks so that they can steal your personal information to sell it on the dark web, commit identity theft, financial theft or other frauds.
How do you know if you were affected? If you received a letter from Phoenician Medical Center notifying you that your personal information was impacted in their data breach, contact us to find out if you may be eligible for compensation!
