Pit River Health Service is an ambulatory health clinic that serves mostly Native American Indian patients in California. On January 6, 2026, Pit River Health Service notified the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services of a data breach to their computer network. During the breach, sensitive data belonging to over 1,500 people was accessed and possibly stolen.
