About the Investigation:

Did You Receive A Data Breach Notice From Platinum Federal Credit Union?

If so, your sensitive personal identifiable information may have been stolen!

Platinum Federal Credit Union is based in Decatur, Georgia, with other branches in Georgia, Alabama and Orlando, Florida.  On September 24, 2025, Platinum Federal Credit Union mailed notice letters out to an unknown number of individuals whose data had been compromised in a recent breach.  The letters advise that in March of 2025, an unauthorized party gained access to the Platinum Federal Credit Union computer network through an employee email account and may have viewed names, Social Security numbers and financial account information.

Data breaches are serious matters that can cause long term damage. Hackers break into networks so that they can steal your personal information to sell it on the dark web, commit identity theft, financial theft or other frauds.

How do you know if you were affected? If you received a letter from Platinum Federal Credit Union notifying you that your private information was impacted in their data breach, contact us to find out if you may be eligible for compensation!
