Priester Holdings is a company which operates under the business name Priester Aviation, based in Wheeling, Illinois. Priester Aviation offers aircraft management, consulting and global jet charters. On November 3, 2025, Priester mailed out notice letters advising recipients that their private information had been exposed in a breach.  The letters explain that an unauthorized party gained access to the Priester computer network sometime before October 3, 2025 and accessed files stored there at that time. This personal information may have included names and Social Security numbers.
