Reach, Inc. is a residential and day care facility for adults with developmental disabilities located in Plymouth, Massachusetts.  Recently, Reach disclosed that at the end of 2024 an unauthorized party gained access to their internal computer systems and may have compromised confidential information stored there. The types of data exposed is said to include names, addresses and Social Security numbers.
