Remarket Space Data Breach
About the Investigation:
If so, your sensitive personal identifiable information may have been stolen!
Remarket Space is formerly known as Twin Cities Auctions, an online auto auction website. In that capacity, they are entrusted with sensitive information by customers who purchase cars through their platform. In October of 2025, an unauthorized person or persons breached Remarket Space’s file storage system and possibly accessed data stored there. This stored data is said to include driver’s license information.
Data breaches are serious matters that can cause long term damage. Hackers break into networks so that they can steal your personal information to sell it on the dark web, commit identity theft, financial theft or other frauds.
How do you know if you were affected? If you receive a letter from Remarket Space notifying you that your private information was impacted in their data breach, contact us to find out if you may be eligible for compensation!
What should you do if you were affected? If the notice letter you receive offers you credit monitoring services, you should sign up for them. (Remarket Space is not offering this.) Keep a copy of the data breach notice letter for your records and monitor your accounts for any fraudulent activity. Change the passwords to any accounts you currently have and contact an attorney who can help you with next steps by filling out the form on this page!
