River Oaks Hospitals & Clinics Data Breach

River Oaks Hospital & Clinics is located in Houston, Texas. On November 7, 2025, River Oaks reported a data breach to the Texas Attorney General. During the breach, names and Social Security numbers saved in the River Oaks computer network were compromised. The notice also says that “personal information” was breached as well.
