About the Investigation:
If so, your sensitive personal identifiable information may have been stolen!
Share Ourselves is a Newport Beach, California-based organization with four other locations in the state. Share Ourselves provides healthcare and food pantry programs to around15,000 patients a year. wasIn October of 2025, a third-party billing vendor used by Share Ourselves, TriZetto Provider Solutions, had their computer network breached. As a result, private data from the Share Ourselves database was accessed by the hackers. The compromised data could potentially include names, addresses, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, health insurance data, medical data, and more.
Data breaches are serious matters that can cause long term damage. Hackers break into networks so that they can steal your personal information to sell it on the dark web, commit identity theft, financial theft or other frauds.
