Spindletop Center is a health clinic in Texas which recently reported a September 2025 data breach of their computer system. During the incident, a ransomware gang is said to have gained access to the Spindletop Center database, stealing data belonging to 100,000 individuals. The breach also interrupted operations at Spindletop as the cyber criminals demanded payment from Spindletop for return of the files. The compromised data is said to include names, driver’s license numbers, Social Security numbers, medical data and more.
