TapestryHealth Data Breach

TapestryHealth is a Connecticut technology company which serves assisted living facilities. On November 3, 2025, TapestryHealth discovered a security breach which occurred through an employee’s sharing of confidential company files. This violates HIPAA rules which prohibit health information from being shared without authorization. Names and private medical record data may have been exposed to unknown parties.

Data breaches are serious matters that can cause long term damage. Hackers break into networks so that they can steal your personal information to sell it on the dark web, commit identity theft, financial theft or other frauds.
