Tesla Recall

Tesla has had to recall 362,758 vehicles due to dangerous flaws in the self-driving software called Full Self-Driving Beta. This software has yet to be perfected, and can lead to accidents due to unsafe actions like driving straight in a turning-only lane, not stopping at an intersection, and not adjusting speed to accommodate changing speed limits.
