Tooling Systems Group Data Breach

Tooling Systems Group is comprised of 12 tooling companies in Michigan and has over 600 employees. On July 30, 2025, a ransomware group announced that they had broken into the Tooling Systems Group computer network and extract private files stored there. At that time the ransomware group was threatening to release the data they had stolen if their financial demands were not met by Tooling Systems Group.
