Tufton Capital Management is a Maryland financial adviser firm which discovered in June of 2025 that their computer network had been breached. The breach occurred when a ransomware gang gained access to Tufton’s internal data base and extracted 3GB of corporate files, allegedly including names, dates of birth, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, driver’s licenses, contracts, agreements and more.
