Tufts Medicine is a medical group which includes Care at Home, Melrose Wakefield Hospital, Tufts Medical Center and Lowell General Hospital in Massachusetts. On August 26, 2025, Tufts Medicine notified the state of Massachusetts of a data breach to their IT systems which exposed driver’s licenses, bank account information and Social Security numbers.
