US HealthConnect, Inc. Data Breach

US HealthConnect, Inc. is a Pennsylvania-based company with subsidiaries which provide digital media for healthcare professionals. Some of these subsidiaries operate under the names Evolve Medical, ReachMD, Bryn Mawr Communications and others. In January of 2025, US HealthConnect discovered that their computer systems had been breached by an unauthorized party.  On September 4, 2025, US HealthConnect began mailing data breach notices which advise recipients that the types of information breached may have included names, Social Security numbers, driver’s licenses, and financial information.

Data breaches are serious matters that can cause long term damage. Hackers break into networks so that they can steal your personal information to sell it on the dark web, commit identity theft, financial theft or other frauds.
