About the Investigation:
Siri & Glimstad, a national law firm, is investigating a potential class action lawsuit involving the company LifeMD (lifemd.com).
If you signed up for a membership on lifemd.com, ordered medication or made a telehealth appointment, and have a Google, TikTok and/or Microsoft account, your private information may have been improperly shared without your consent!
We believe LifeMD may have used online tracking tools (often called “pixels”) on its website that could have transmitted sensitive patient and consumer data to third-party platforms such as Google. This data sharing may have occurred when you used the LifeMD website, www.lifemd.com, to make an appointment or order medication. LifeMD website’s sharing of your data potentially exposes personal and health related information, in violation of privacy laws.
