VF Outdoor LLC is the company which owns Timberland and Northface brands. It is headquartered in Denver, Colorado and has warehouse locations in other states as well. On April 4, 2025, VF Outdoor LLC sent electronic notices to 15,713 people whose data was exposed during a security incident which occurred in 2023.  The breach enabled an unauthorized party to access customer data, possibly including names, addresses, dates of birth and phone numbers.
