VillageCareMAX is a New York City healthcare provider for senior adults which recently posted a Notice of Data Event on its website. The notice informs the public that due to the data breach of a vendor used by VillageCareMAX for health plan administration, TMGHealth, sensitive data belonging to VillageCareMAX patients was compromised as well. This data is said to include names, Social Security numbers, member IDs and health data for some VillageCareMAX members.
