WIRX Pharmacy is a workers’ compensation pharmacy located in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania which offers home delivery of prescriptions to injured workers. In December of 2025 WIRX Pharmacy experienced a breach of files belonging to over 20,000 people. These compromised files may have contained information including names, addresses, birth dates, medical data, Social Security numbers, claims information and more.
