Recently the practice sent out notice letters to over 88,000 individuals about a data breach which involved private patient information.  The letters explain that the Access Sports Medicine computer network was breached by a hacker in May of 2024.  At that time, confidential patient data was exposed and possibly taken, including names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, medical information, health insurance information and financial information.
