Aflac Data Breach

About the Investigation:
If so, your sensitive personal identifiable information may have been stolen!
Aflac Incorporated recently informed the United States Securities and Exchange Commission of a data breach to their computer network. Aflac is one of the largest insurers in the country, handling the private data of around 50 million subscribers. The notice states that Aflac discovered the breach to their system on June 12, 2025, and at that time the company commenced an investigation to determine the extent. Although nothing has been posted regarding how many customers may have been affected, there have already been lawsuits filed against the company.
Data breaches are serious matters that can cause long term damage. Hackers break into networks so that they can steal your personal information to sell it on the dark web, commit identity theft, financial theft or other frauds.
How do you know if you were affected? If you received a letter or email from Aflac notifying you that your private information was impacted in their data breach, contact us to find out if you may be eligible for compensation!
