About the Investigation:

Illinois residents - Did You Apply For A Job At Allied Universal Security? Did They Ask You About Your Family Health History?

The attorneys at Siri & Glimstad are investigating claims that job applicants at Allied Universal Security are being asked their family health history during the interview process.  If you have been asked about your family’s health history during the hiring process or at work, your employer may be in violation of Illinois law. The Illinois Genetic Information Protection Act (GIPA) does not allow an employer to ask about your family’s health history, since it violates your privacy rights.

Siri and Glimstad LLP is investigating claims from Illinois residents that they were asked about their family medical history during either the application process or their employment at Allied Universal Security.

If you live in Illinois and were asked within the last five years about your family’s health history by a manager or someone else during the hiring process or your employment at Allied Universal Security, please fill out the form on this page.
